Remote Installation
View Only
A “view only” user is only allowed to view the screen of the target server without keyboard and mouse control. Only limited options appear such as switching servers and disconnect. A View Only icon will appear on the viewer’s local mouse pointer to indicate this status.
Note: Only one administrator can log in to the Configuration page at a time. The Switch can support up to eight simultaneous viewers to a remote session, but only the administrator can take control of the server.
To add a new user:
1.Click 
and type in a user name and password. The password must be at least six characters (letter or numbers) and must not include the user name, even if other characters are added. Depending on the security level chosen, the user name and password parameters are different. (See page 39 for more details.)
2.Select the permission type from the Permission box.
3.Click 
to save the changes. The new user will appear in the list of users.
