Step 3 Connecting Computers to the Switch (required)

3.1Make sure all computers and the Switch are powered off.

3.2Using the Belkin DVI/USB KVM Cable Kit (F1D9201b-XX), connect the male DVI connector to the monitor port on your computer. Then connect the other end of the cable into an available port on the Switch. (Refer to diagram below.)

3.3Using the Cable Kit, connect the USB Type A connector to an available USB port on your computer. Then connect the USB Type B connector to the corresponding USB port on the Switch. (Refer to diagram below.)

3.4Connect the two audio cables (audio and microphone) to your computer. Then connect the other end to the corresponding audio and microphone port on the Switch.

3.5Repeat the steps above for each additional USB computer you wish to connect.

Note: The Cable Kit must be connected directly to a free USB port on your computer, with no USB hubs or other devices in between.
