2.4 Introduction to Program Startup

2.4.1 Starting the Program

After starting D-20, open the Web browser on a PC connected to D-20. Enter http://192.168.1.1 (the default address of D-20 wireless broadband gateway) in the address bar of the browser and then press the Enter key to display the WIRELESS BROADBAND GATEWAY LOGIN page of D-20. Users can choose different user IDs to log in. Figure 2-7shows the login page.

D-20 supports two types of users to log in.

zAdmin account: The administrator can view and change the configurations.

zUser account: The common users can only view the basic information.

Note:

zTo avoid configurations confliction, only one host can log in to the Web configuration page of D-20 at the same time.

zIf you change the default device address 192.168.1.1 when configuring D-20, you need to enter the new device address when logging in to the gateway configuration page.

After logging in as the administrator, you can see the configuration page of D-20. See Figure 2-8.
