LINK		Green	On	Carrier detected; the port is able to pass traffic. This
				LED can also be on if the line card is in internal
				loopback.
			Off	No carrier signal is detected; the negotiation failed, or
				the port is administratively down.

Note Because this line card operates in full-duplex mode, both the RX and TX LEDs can be on at the same time.
