To obtain the IP address from a DHCP server, look to see if the Obtain an

setting, use a pencil eraser or other small, soft, object to touch the radio

Touch the OK button to accept the change and exit the screen or touch the

 

 

Cancel button to exit the screen without changing the option or IP values.

 

 

If you touch the Cancel button, proceed to step 6.

 

 

m. If you touched the OK button in step 5l, a reboot warning screen appears.

 

 

If you touch the OK button, the FPC computer will reboot.

 

 

 

 

Touch the OK button to force the FPC computer to reboot to make the

 

 

changes you entered or touch the Cancel button

to abandon the

 

 

changes and return to the TCP/IP Properties screen.

 

 

n.

If you touched on the OK button in step 5m, the FPC computer reboots.

 

 

After the reboot is complete, perform step 3 (log on) and then proceed to

 

 

step 6.

Examine the Matrix IP Address field in the IP connection screen. The field

 

displays the last Matrix IP address entered. If the IP address is correct,

 

proceed to step 7.

and dismiss the keypad from the display if applicable.
