If the result displayed is similar to that shown in figure below, it means that your PC has not connected to the Router.

Please check it following these steps:

1.If the connection between your PC and the Router is correct?

)Note:

The 1/2/3/4 LEDs of LAN port which you link to on the Router and LEDs on your PC's adapter should be lit.

2.If the TCP/IP configuration for your PC is correct?

)Note:

If the Router's IP address is 192.168.1.1, your PC's IP address must be within the range of 192.168.1.2 ~ 192.168.1.254, the gateway must be 192.168.1.1.

Chapter 5. Basic Router Configuration

This User Guide recommends using the “Quick Installation Guide” for first-time installation of the TD-W8910G 54M Wireless ADSL2+ Router. For advanced users, if you want to know more about the TD-W8910G and make use of its functions adequately, you need to read this chapter and configure the Router’s advanced settings though the Web-based Utility.

This chapter will describe each web page on the Utility and each page’s key functions. The Utility can be accessed via your web browser though the use of a computer connected to the Router. You may configure the TD-W8910G 54M Wireless ADSL2+ Router’s settings though the Web–based Utility.
