Charging Battery

Use only the AC/DC power adapter kit supplied by Elo Touch Solutions to charge the tablet and its battery. The tablet battery has a ‘charging threshold’, and will only charge once it falls below this threshold level. The threshold level of the tablet battery has been set to 90% by default.

Once the battery falls below this threshold limit, the battery can be charged back to 100%.

The tablet has a battery indicator LED that shows the charging status of the tablet battery. This light emitting diode will:

-Display solid green light when the battery is fully charged

-Flash amber light when the battery is charging.

In the event that the tablet battery was allowed to fully discharge, it is recommended to recharge the battery to at least 80%. To prevent over-discharge, charge the tablet battery at least every 3 months.

Audio

Audio can be played over the tablet internal speaker. When headphones are plugged into the tablet audio jack, the internal speaker turns off and audio is played over the headphones. When external microphones are plugged into the tablet audio jack, the internal microphone will turn off.
