During use, the actual SAR values for your device are usually well below this value. This is because, for purposes of system efficiency and to minimize interference on the network, the operating power of your mobile device is automatically decreased when full power is not needed for the wireless connection. The lower the power output of the device, the lower its SAR value.

If you are interested in further reducing your RF exposure then you can easily do so by limiting your usage or simply using accessories to keep the device further away from the body.

European Union:

The SAR limit recommended by The Council of the European Union is 2.0W/kg. This device’s maximum SAR value is well below the EU limits with the following highest measured SAR value under the EU testing guidelines:

Body SAR, 0 cm distance (10g) Wi-Fi, Bluetooth: 0.420 W/kg

The tablet Wi-Fi and Bluetooth device complies with the Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) for general population/uncontrolled exposure limits (2.0W/Kg) as specified in EN 62311:2008 / EN 62209-2:2010 and EN 62479:2010, respectively.
