Caution When the air filter becomes clogged with dust, etc., the projector power may turn off to prevent the internal heat level rising.
Do not operate the projector with the air filter removed.
Lamp
The light source lamp has a service life.
When used for an extended time, the images may become darker and the colors may deteriorate.
A malfunction could occur if the projector is used in this condition, so replace the lamp with a new one.
The following indicator or a message which appears when the power is turned on will indicate when the lamp should be replaced.
At such time, it is necessary to replace the lamp with a new one. For lamp replacement, please contact your dealer or service company.
Caution | The indicator lamp will also light red when the lamp unit overheats. In such case, turn off the |
| main power switch, wait for a while (approx. 20 min.) and then turn the power on again. If the |
| indicator lamp lights red again when the power is turned on, contact your dealer or service |
| company. |
