This mainboard has the capability of 5.1 channel sound surrounded function, specifically sound effect that is destined for DVD or DTS home entertainment playback. In order to fully get the sound surrounded effect, this connector has to be used together with the Audio portion of the PC 99 ATX external connec- tor on the mainboard. Special audio cable for this connector is attached.

Please refer the following drawings or schematics to have the right connection for your sound systems.
