Getting Started

This section explains how to set up and connect the projector, including information about basic adjustments and interfacing with peripherals.

Connecting to Important: To avoid damage to electronic components, first connect the

Powerpower cord to the AC socket on the projector, then connect the plug to an AC outlet.

To connect to power:

1Connect the power cord to the AC socket on the projector.

2Connect the power cord plug to an AC outlet.

The projector enters the sleep state, with the fans and lamp off. The Power On/Standby LED, the Lamp Age LED, and the Lamp Status LED on the projector keypad are on while the projector is in the sleep state. For more information on the projector’s operating states, see “Operating States” on page 14.
