Setting the Channel
Channel Type
Before your television can begin memorizing the available channels, you must specify the type of signal source that is connected to the TV (i.e., an antenna, a standard cable system, an HRC, or an IRC).
1Press Menu/set button to display the main OSD menu.
2Select the TV main menu item.
3Press Menu/Set to enter the sub menu.
4Select Channel Type and press VOL+ button
to enter the | parts. Then the cursor moves |
into the | parts. |
5Select the channel type with CH+/CH- button and press BACK button. You can select AIR, CATV (Cable TV), IRC or HRC.
•You can enter the TV menu in TV mode only. (When you watch a TV channel.)

1Press Menu/set button to display the main OSD menu.
2Select the TV Main menu.
3Press Menu/Set to enter the sub menu.
4Select Auto Scan with CH+/CH- button and press Menu/Set button on the remote control.
Then the tuning bar will appear and scanning will start.
