8Align the new lamp module in the correct direction.

9Gently push the module in as far as it goes.

10Tighten the screws on the outside of the module.

11Slide the lamp connector to the left to re-attach it.

12Insert the tabs at the top of the lamp door into the projector and press the lamp door into place.

13Plug in the power cord and turn the projector back on.

14To reset the lamp hour counter in the Status bar, press and hold the left mouse button, then press the menu button (while still holding down the mouse button) for 5 seconds. Verify that the counter was reset by pressing the menu button and viewing the counter.

Using the Kensington Lock

The projector has a Kensington Security Standard connector for use with a Kensington MicroSaver Security System (Figure 21). Refer to the information that came with the Kensington System for instructions on how to use it to secure the projector.
