Conﬁguring

You can conﬁgure the default scanning settings for:

■The buttons on the scanner and the button panel

■The Visioneer Scan Manager Pro application (used when scanning from the PaperPort software)

CONFIGURING THE BUTTONS

When you ﬁrst connect your scanner to a computer, the scanner’s software conﬁgures each OneTouch button with appropriate settings. If you want to change the settings, you can reconﬁgure the buttons by selecting new options from the Conﬁguration dialog box.

When you change button settings, the changes are applied to the button on the scanner as well as the same button on the button panel.

To open the Conﬁguration dialog box from the shortcut menu:

1.Right-click the scanner icon and then select Conﬁgure on the shortcut menu.

2.On the Conﬁguration dialog box, click the tab that corresponds to the button you want to conﬁgure.
