Using the RJ-45 Daisy-Chain Port

You can easily connect to another hub via the MDI daisy-chain port (Port 12). When using Simplied Cable Length Constraints as described in Chapter 2, the inter- hub cable length is 5 meters. Figure 3-2shows a sample configuration.
