!Onboard Parallel Port [378/IRQ7]

This item allows user to adjust parallel port address and irq.

!Parallel Port Mode [Standard]

This item allows user to adjust parallel port mode.

!ECP Mode Use DMA [3]

This item allows user to adjust ECP DMA resource.

3.2.6Power Management Setup

Note! This "Power management Setup" option may be used to configure the system to most effectively energy conservation, while still operating in a manner consistent with intended computer use style.

!ACPI Function [Enabled]

This item defines the ACPI (Advanced Configuration and Power Management) feature that makes hardware status information available to the operating sys- tem, and communicate PC and system devices for improving the power man- agement.

!ACPI Suspend Type [S1 (POS)]

This item allows user to select sleep state when suspend.

(POS)

The suspend mode is equivalent to a software power down.

S3

(STR)

The system shuts down with the exception of a refresh current to

 

 

the system memory.
