OVERVIEW
The InfoProx™ Lite is a lower cost proximity card reader that is designed to operate as a card reading device on a CEM access control system where offline card validation is not required.
Available in both traditional 125 kHz proximity (IPL200) amd MiFare smart card (IPL210) options, the reader, LCD display, LEDs and keypad are housed in a single polycarbonate enclosure. Despite its small size, the reader has a 32 character backlit LCD to display messages, providing system administrators and users with immediate plain text descriptions of events such as ‘Access Denied’. The InfoProx card reader has four analogue inputs and one output allowing it to control local door strikes or other equipment without the need for a separate door controller. The keypad also offers additional security when PIN validation is required. An InfoProx Exit reader is also supported for IN/OUT control.
