1.Please insert the supplied NetComm CD, and when the "Add New Hardware Wizard" recognizes the new "NetComm V.92 Modem", click on "Next>".

2.Select "Search for the best driver for your device (Recommended)" and click on "Next>".

3.Select "Specify a location:". Type in "D:\DRIVERS\AM5698\" (where d:\ is the letter of your CD ROM drive) and click on "Next>".

4.Windows will confirm the driver and location. Click on "Next>".

5.The required files will then be copied to your computer.
