Q:Where can I download the new package?
A:You can visit the Website at www.level1.com for additional information and product support. You have to download the new package to your PC or hard disk so that you can upgrade the utility.

qBackup or restore Data
Q:When I delete a backup job, the system asks me whether I will login the private disk or not?
A:That is because the system found data that you already backed up and prompts you to delete the data in the private disk. If you cancel and do not login, the data saved in the private disk will not be deleted.
Q:How can I know the performance result of scheduled backup job?
A:You can click Backup in the SmartUSB Utility screen, and the “Backup Job List” window will be displayed. Then click View Log to see all the performance results of backup jobs.
#Note: you have to open the SmartUSB Utility, or the schedule will not be performed.
