4.5.3. System Log

If you are experiencing problems with your LaCie Network

Space, customer support may ask you to view or download the

System Log to help identify the issue.

4.5.4. Restarting the Machine

If you need to restart your LaCie Network Space, click Restart on the Support page. Click OK.

NOTE: If a “server has shut down” message appears, don’t panic. This is a normal part of the restart process.
