6.Click Next. The Step Four: Panel Information screen appears (Figure 10). The Modem Serial # is the last 10 digits of the label on the module circuit board (Figure 1 on page 1). Alarm.com needs at least 24 hours notice for new accounts to ensure the module is active on the wireless network by 5 AM EST on the installation date you enter.
