2.2.3. Removing the FPC 1000

To remove the FPC 1000 from the PC:

1.Click the Unplug or Eject Hardware icon on your system tray.

2.From the options presented, select “Stop FLASH-OFDM NIC device”. Click “Stop”.

A dialog box appears notifying you that it is safe to eject the card

3.Press the Ejector button at the side of the PCMCIA slot and remove the card from the slot.

Note:

To restart the device after it has been stopped in this way, the PC card must be physically removed and reinserted into the slot.
