Sony provides several support options for your Sony computer. When you have questions about your computer and the preinstalled software, check these sources for answers, in the following sequence:

Quick Start

Contains information on how to set up your computer

online documentation, click the Start button, point to Help

VAIO Support Agent can be accessed from the Windows

 

desktop. Using advanced diagnostic technology, Sony’s

 

VAIO Support Agent runs scheduled protections of your

software settings. When your software is protected, you

 

can use VAIO Support Agent to repair software problems

 

by restoring your software to any of the previously

 

protected states.

 

 

Knowledge Database

Provides instant access to information on commonly

 

encountered problems. Enter a description of your problem

 

and the Knowledge Database searches for the

 

corresponding solutions online. You can access the Sony
