Using the Quick Fix Wizard

The Quick Fix Wizard automatically checks your system when a problem occurs and brings your software back to a previous working state.

1Click the Quick Fix Wizard button.

Quick Fix Wizard: Begin Support.com Diagnostics screen

2When the Welcome screen appears, click Next.

3If you know which software is causing the problem, click Diagnose and fix my software. If you are unsure of what is causing the problem, click Diagnose and fix problems in the following area and select the items you want VAIO Support Agent to examine.

4Click Next to continue.

5Follow the instructions on the screen.
