This lights when power is supplied to the unit.

Connect the DC cable of the supplied AC adapter.

2NEW CONTENTS indicator

This indicator is off, lit, or flashing, to indicate the status of new content delivery.

Flashing: new data is being received.

Lit: new data has arrived.

Off: at least one item of new data has been played or deleted.

3ACCESS indicator

This indicator flashes while data is being read or written to the internal hard disk drive.

4ALARM indicator

This flashes or lights when a system error has occurred.

Flashing: A recoverable error occurred.

Lit: An unrecoverable error occurred.

5Remote control optical receiver

When operating this unit with the supplied remote controller, point the remote controller at this receiver.
