| RD | Green | None of the fault conditions that cause the LED to turn yellow or turn off have | |

| been reported. | |
|
| Yellow | One or more of the following fault conditions have been reported on the receive | |
|
|
| side: LOS, LOF, LOP, EQF, LOCD, LAIS. | |
|
| Red | One or more of the following fault conditions have been reported on the receive | |
|
|
| side: PAIS, LOST, Signal Label Mismatch. It is not possible to determine with a | |
|
|
| high degree of certainty the operational state of the link when one of these | |
|
|
| conditions is present. | |
