Packard Bell reserves the right to charge parts and labour if Packard Bell discovers no defect or problem in the Product, if the Customer has not complied with one of the conditions set out in this section or if the defect is a customer induced defect (for example if the defect is caused by neglect or misuse).

9.SERVICE & SUPPORT INTERVENTION

The Authorised Service Agent will decide if any intervention is necessary and inform you of the relevant service proce- dure. Contact your retailer for more information.

10.TRANSFER OF WARRANTY

In case of change of ownership of the Product, this Warranty is transferable with the Product.

Important: The new end-user will be entitled to the application of the remainder of the Warranty Period on the Product transferred under two cumulative conditions:

The new end-user must be in possession of the original proof of purchase of the Product, and,

Details on the Product’s change of ownership must be sent to the Authorised Service Agent.
