Connection in Progress Alert

A "Connection in Progress" or "Connection is still Active" alert message occurs if you attempt to select “Exit” or “Power Off” from the System Tray shortcut menu prior to terminating your connection.

When a connection is in progress, you cannot exit or power off the PC5220 without first terminating the connection by clicking the Disconnect button from the Full Mode view or shortcut menu from the System Tray icon.

When this alert message appears, click Yes and your connection will be automatically terminated. Continue with your intended action.

Click No to dismiss the alert message and keep the Mobile Connection Manager power on and connection active.

Reset Call Log Confirmation

When you reset the Call Log a confirmation message will appear. Select Yes to confirm the deletion of the current entries and to reset the Last Reset Time. Select No to close the confirmation window and retain all current entries in the call log without resetting the Last Reset Time.
