To access the Display Properties dialog, right-click on the desktop or navigate through Windows® Control Panel, which is located in the Start menu.

The ATI Displays tab provides control over multiple-monitor features. Here you can enable/disable display devices and swap the assignment of Primary and Secondary displays.
