Troubleshooting
Use the table below to identify and correct problems you might encounter when setting up or using your Portsmith Ethernet Cradle.
Troubleshooting Matrix
Problem | Solution |
The amber LED remains dark | Make sure the power supply is securely |
when the Ethernet cradle is | connected and receiving power. |
