Power On Function/ KB Power ON Password/ Hot Key Power On : This item allows the user to power on the system by pressing hot-keys, or typing in a password .

Onboard Serial Port 1 / Port 2 : : Select an address and corresponding interrupt for the first and second serial ports. The settings are “3F8/IRQ4”, “2E8/IRQ3”, “3E8/IRQ4”, “2F8/IRQ3”, “Disabled”, “Auto”.

UART Mode Select (Normal) : This field is available if the Onboard Serial Port 2 field is set to any option but Disabled. UART Mode Select enables you to select the infrared communica-tion protocol: Normal (default), IrDA, or ASKIR. IrDA is an infrared communication protocol with a maximum baud rate up to 115.2K bps. ASKIR is Sharp's infrared communication protocol with a maximum baud rate up to 57.6K bps.

RXD, TXD inverting enable : This item allow you to enable the TXD, RXD inverting which depends on different H/W requirement. This field is not recommended to change its default setting for avoiding any error in your system.
