Unable to connect to my SlingCatcher from the SlingProjector software

1.Make sure that your PC is properly connected to your router.

2.Make sure that the Ethernet cable is firmly connected to SlingCatcher and to your router or SlingLink.

3.Make sure that your network is on. If the network light on the front of SlingCatcher is not lit, check your network again and try resetting SlingCatcher by pressing its reset button.

Unable to connect to a Slingbox from SlingCatcher

1.Make sure that SlingCatcher is connected to your home network correctly

(See the previous section).

2.Make sure that your Slingbox is set up correctly. A Slingbox cannot be set up using SlingCatcher. You must use SlingPlayer (PC or Mac) to set up a Slingbox.

As a last resort:

Reset your router and cable or DSL modem by unplugging both units and plugging them in again after waiting 30 seconds. Then, press and hold the Reset button on the back of SlingCatcher for longer than 10 seconds to return it to factory default settings.
