drive from that set, as well as add a designated Spare drive to a Mirrored set that has experienced a disk failure. A drive can NOT be removed from a Striped set as this would destroy all data. Note that when a Mirrored Set is first created, the State of the “destination” drive may report as Rebuild for as much as 30-90 minutes depending on the size of the disk.

The Device Location refers to how each physical disk was reported in the BIOS RAID utility

SMART and Configuration information, as well as Data Identification are again provided for each Set.
