Performing a Hardware Reset

Perform a reset if the device freezes (i.e., device no longer responds to the buttons on the screen).

Performing a Warm Start

A Warm Start is used to reset or re-boot the device without losing data stored in RAM. Perform a Warm Start in any of the following situations:

The MT380 fails to respond

After installing software applications

After making changes to certain system settings (i.e. SD card)

CAUTION! A Warm Start will cause unsaved data to be lost.
