2.Connect the RS232 converter cable to the MT380’s full-Duplex RS232 port, and then connect the other end to the PC.

3.Power on the MT380.

4.ActiveSync starts automatically configuring the communication port to work with the MT380.

The “New Partnership” setup wizard starts automatically.

Note: Click Programs

Microsoft Active-Sync, if ActiveSync doesn’t start automatically.

Click the Cancel button and manually configure the communication settings, if a message appears indicating that it is unable to detect a connection.

5. Follow the instructions on the screen.
