Using Priority Scan

You can program one Priority Channel in each of the first 10 banks. During Priority Scanning, your scanner checks these special channels

every two seconds, whether or not the scanner has located an active channel.

Moving the Priority Channel

The scanner is pre-programmedwith the first channel of each bank as a priority channel. However, you can change the priority channel to be any other channel within the bank.

1.Press IMANUAL).

2. Select the new priority channel. Example: Press ~ 'then

IMANUAL) .

OR

Use the Rotary Tuner.

3.Press and hold ( PAl ) for two seconds. You hear a beep.
