NOTES ON USE

1.Do not install the projector in locations that are subject to excessive water, humidity, steam, or oily smoke. Doing so may result in fire, malfunction, or electric shock.

2.The projector uses a high-voltage mercury lamp that contains high internal pressure. This lamp may break, emitting a large sound, or fail to illuminate, due to impact or extended use.

3.The projector uses a high-wattage lamp that becomes very hot during operation. Please observe the following precautions.

Never place objects on top of the projector while it is operation.

Make sure there is an unobstructed space of 500 mm (1.64 feet) or more around the projector's exhaust openings.

Do not stack projector units directly on top of one another for the purpose of multiple (stacked) projection. When stacking projector units, be sure to provide the amount of space indicated between them. These space requirements also apply to installation where only one projector unit is operating atone time and the other unit is used as a backup.

If the projector is placed in a box or enclosure, temperature of the air surrounding the projector must be between 0 ˚C (32 ˚F) and 40 ˚C (104 ˚F). Also make sure the projector's intake and exhaust openings are not blocked. Take particular care to ensure that hot air from the exhaust openings is not sucked into the intake openings.

*Even when the ambient temperature near the intake opening is 40 ˚C (104 ˚F) or lower, an accumulation of hot air inside the cabinet may cause the protective circuit to activate and shut down the projector. Please give ample consideration to the design with regard to ambient temperature conditions.

4.If the projector is to be operated continuously 24 hours a day, use the dual-lamp optical system's alternating lamp operation (lamp changer) function. The projector cannot be operated continuously 24 hours a day in dual-lamp mode. Allow a minimum of two hours per day of non-operation time per lamp if using the dual-lamp mode.

5.The lamp replacement cycle duration becomes shorter if the projector is operated repeatedly for short periods.

The length of time that it takes for the lamp to break or fail to illuminate varies greatly depending on individual lamp characteristics and usage conditions.

The brightness of the lamp will gradually decrease with use.

PT-DZ6710EL, PT-DZ6700EL specifications

The Panasonic PT-DZ6700EL and PT-DZ6710EL are cutting-edge projectors designed for large venues and professional applications. These high-performance models combine advanced technology with impressive specifications to deliver exceptional image quality and reliability.

One of the standout features of the PT-DZ6700EL and PT-DZ6710EL is their powerful 20,000 lumen brightness, making them ideal for use in bright environments such as auditoriums, conference rooms, and exhibition spaces. This high brightness ensures that images remain vibrant and clear, even in ambient light conditions.

Both models utilize the DLP (Digital Light Processing) technology, which contributes to their remarkable image performance. DLP technology provides sharp, detailed images with excellent contrast, and it minimizes the lag between input and output, making them suitable for presentations, video playback, and dynamic content.

The projectors offer WUXGA resolution (1920 x 1200 pixels), which enhances clarity and detail, allowing for a more immersive viewing experience. This high resolution is particularly beneficial for applications that require detailed visuals, such as architectural presentations and medical imagery.

Another key feature is the SOLID SHINE Laser technology, which combines a laser light source with a dual-laser system to achieve consistent brightness and color reproduction over time. This technology eliminates the need for lamp replacement, reducing maintenance costs and downtime, while also enhancing operational lifespan.

Versatile connectivity options are also a highlight of these models. They support various input sources, including HDMI, DisplayPort, and DVI, allowing seamless integration with a wide range of devices. This flexibility is crucial for professional environments where different media may be used.

The projectors are equipped with advanced lens shift and keystone correction capabilities, offering greater flexibility in installation and ensuring that images can be projected accurately, regardless of the orientation or position of the projector.

Panasonic has incorporated sophisticated cooling technologies in these projectors to ensure reliable performance even during long sessions. The efficient cooling system extends the projector's operational lifespan, making it suitable for continuous use in demanding environments.

In summary, the Panasonic PT-DZ6700EL and PT-DZ6710EL projectors are powerful, high-resolution solutions for professional presentations. With their impressive brightness, advanced DLP technology, and SOLID SHINE Laser capabilities, these projectors achieve outstanding image quality and reliability, making them ideal for a variety of applications in large venues.
