The Voyager uses the same cable as your network, but it cannot be connected into your network in any way. The Voyager must have dedicated cables in the network.
Connecting other equipment on the same cables as the Voyager voids the guarantee and may damage the Voyager.

If we cannot solve your problem, and determine that the fault is in the unit, we will issue a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number that must appear on the outside of all returned products.
