If shaded bands flash at the top and bottom of the display,

CASSETTE
until the flashing stops.

4.Use the keyboard to type in your full name – see Fig. 3. Each character you enter will appear on the LCD display.
•Press and hold down 
for UPPER CASE characters.
•Press the space bar once for the space between each name.
If you make a mistake, press in the correction.

to delete the error, then type
