NPIV Mode default port mapping

The switch module contains 28 total ports. Of these, F_Ports are ports 1-24 and N_Ports are ports 0 and 25-27.

In NPIV mode, the switch module F_Ports are mapped to N_Ports. The following table lists the factory-default F_Port to N_Port mapping for NPIV mode.
