4.6 Advanced Security

DeMilitarized Zone (DMZ)
You may configure a single computer to be logically “outside” of the router’s protective firewall. A computer in the DMZ will have unrestricted
Note: If you enable this option, you should define the Secure Packet Inspection (SPI) filters to protect your DMZ computer from unauthorized access or tamper- ing.
To logically place a computer in the router’s DMZ:
1.Enter the IP address of the target computer. The first three numbers of the IP address (default is 192.168.123) are automatically inserted for you.
2.Click the Apply New Advanced Security Settings button to save your changes.
