The Frame Relay/Router option lets the ATLAS series of Integrated Access Devices act as a voice/data FRAD, a frame relay switch, and an IP router—in addition to the currently available bandwidth management and switch applica- tions.

The Router option provides the following features:

Routes IP traffic between a public or private frame relay network and the inte- gral 10BaseT Ethernet port.

Routes IP traffic between virtual circuits in a frame relay network.
