(4) Click [Gateway] tab, remove all the gateways, and press [OK] to close the window.

(5)Go to [Network] and press [OK] to close the page.

(6)The [Restart the windows] screen will pop-up, press [OK] to restart the PC. If the PC is not shown this message, restart the PC manually.

3.1.4 Mac OS 8.x~9.x O/S

(1)Open the [TCP/IP] conﬁguration from [Control Panel].

(2)Select [Ethernet Network] in the [connection methods]; select [DHCP server] in [Conﬁguration], and close this page.

3.1.5 Mac OS X O/S

(1)Go [System Conﬁguration] in Macintosh category.

(2)Open [Network] conﬁguration in [System Conﬁguration]. If there is no [Network] conﬁguration, select [Display all].

(3)Select [Built-in Ethernet] in [Display] from [Network] window. Select [Use DHCP] in [Setting] from [TCP/IP].

(4)Press [Apply].
