Changing the Batteries

Be sure to stop all operations before changing the batteries, and set the HOLD switch to ON, turning the recorder power off.

1When the [] mark is shown

1on the LCD, you should replace

the batteries with new AAA (LR03 or R03) batteries.

The [] mark in the LCD

indicates that the batteries are depleted and the voice recorder

cannot be operated.

2 After the batteries have been replaced, time is displayed on the LCD, indicating that the voice recorder is in the clock adjustment mode. Adjust the clock to the current time (see page 5).

When in the Stop mode, you can check the battery indicator by holding down the STOP button.
