Q:How can I use my printer when the scanner is connected to my computer's parallel port?

A:The scanner features a D-25 port (marked TO PRINTER on the rear of the scanner) which enables a printer to be connected to the scanner. If your computer has only one parallel port, simply connect your scanner to the computer's parallel port, then connect the printer to the scanner’s D-25 port.

Q:I’ve installed the software and connected my scanner to the computer. Why doesn’t my scanner work?

A:Please check the following:

a)Check all the connections between your computer, scanner and printer. Ensure they are properly connected to the correct parallel port. Ensure scanner is plugged in and the power is ON.

b)Change BIOS parallel mode setting on your computer to
