Using the VAIO Recovery Wizard

To start the VAIO Recovery Wizard using the F10 Key (for notebook computers only)

1Turn off your notebook computer.

2Press the power switch on the computer to turn on the power.

3When you see the VAIO logo appear on the computer’s screen, briefly press the F10 key.

4Click Next.

5Choose one of the available menu options.

Using the VAIO Recovery Wizard

To use Windows System Restore from the VAIO Recovery Wizard

1Start the VAIO® Recovery Wizard, and click Next.

2Select Proceed with System Recovery, and click Next. The Recovery Options window appears.

3Select Windows® System Restore, and click Next.

4Follow the on-screen instructions.
