Diagnosing an Error Situation
TowerFeed 444 is equipped with a

Do not open tray while feeding is in progress. Clear paper and close trays. TowerFeed repeats feed cycle.

Remove paper residues. If paper quality out of specifications, change paper. TowerFeed retries after closing the tray(s). Possibly need for service.

Might be a service on TowerFeed is needed (cleaning and oiling).
