Receiving faxes

Printing a specific fax stored in memory

1 Press

 

 

 

(Call/Fax list).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2 Press

(Search button) to select

(Search button) to select the desired fax to

print, then press

(Print).

 

 

4 After printing, the following is displayed.

If you want to delete the fax, press

(Yes).

If you want to hold the fax, press (No).

5 Press (Stop).

Deleting a specific fax stored in memory

1 Press

(Call/Fax list).

2 Press

(Search button) to select

(Set).

(Search button) to select the desired fax

Operating the built-in answering device

Recording your own greeting message

You can record your own greeting message. When receiving a call, it will be played to callers instead of the pre-recorded Japanese greeting message.

1 Press

(Function).

 

2 Press

3 Press

(Set).

 

4 Lift the handset.

 

5 Press

(Start) and speak your greeting message

after a beep, up to 16 seconds, to the handset.

6 Press (End) or (Stop) and replace the handset.

Your greeting message will be played back automatically.

Erasing your own greeting message

Press

 

(Delete). 消去しますか?

 

 

 

 

Do you delete the fax ? or

Do you delete the new fax ?

5 If you want to delete the fax, press (Yes).

1 Press (Function).

2 Press .

3 Press (Set).

自作応答消去

If you want to hold the fax, press (No).

6 If you want to delete other faxes, repeat steps 3–5.

7 Press (Stop).

The pre-recorded Japanese greeting message will be played when you receive a call.
