Receiving faxes

Display when faxes are received in memory

When new faxes are received in memory,	(Call/
Fax list) will light on.

It will also light on when a call is missed. (For Number Display service users.)

If an SD Memory Card is inserted, new faxes will be received in the SD Memory Card. (To view the faxes in the SD Memory Card, see page 23.)

Viewing faxes stored in memory

1 Press	(Call/Fax list).
2 Press	(Search button) to select

“本体ﾌｧｸｽ一覧 ” (fax list in the main unit memory),

then press (Set).

3 Press (Search button) to select a fax to display.

4 Press
				(Display) to view the fax
				(Display) to view the fax
(see below for detail).
 To print the displayed page,

press				(Print a Page).
press				(Print a Page).

5To view other faxes, press (Return) and repeat

steps 3–5. To exit the program, press (Stop).

The display contents can be scrolled up, down, left and right.

Press (Turn/Zoom) (Zoom) to enlarge or reduce the display content in the following order: Normal → Enlarge(double size) → Reduce(half size) → Normal…

To show the previous page: Press (Scroll page) (Previous page).
