Use of a non-recommended attachment to the Desktop Dual- Pocket Charger may result in a risk of fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.

Make sure the Desktop Dual-Pocket Charger cord is located so that it will not be stepped on, tripped over, or subjected to damage or stress.

An extension cord should not be used with the Desktop Dual- Pocket Charger unless absolutely necessary. Use of an improper extension cord could result in a risk of fire and electric shock. If an extension cord must be used, make sure that:

The pins on the plug of the extension cord are the same number, size, and shape as those on the plug of the charger.

The extension cord is properly wired and in good electrical condition.

The cord size is 18AWG for lengths up to 100 feet and 16AWG for lengths up to 150 feet.

Do not operate the Desktop Dual-Pocket Charger with a damaged cord or plug - replace them immediately.

Do not operate the Desktop Dual-Pocket Charger if it has received a sharp blow, has been dropped, or has been damaged in any way; take it to a qualified service technician.

Do not disassemble the Desktop Dual-Pocket Charger; take it to a qualified service technician when service or repair is required. Incorrect reassembly may result in a risk of electric shock or fire.

Maximum ambient temperature around the power supply of the Desktop Dual-Pocket Charger should not exceed 40°C (104°F).

The output power from the power supply must not exceed the rating given on the Desktop Dual-Pocket Charger.

The disconnection from the line voltage is made by unplugging the power supply from the AC receptacle.

To reduce risk of electric shock, unplug the Desktop Dual-Pocket Charger from the outlet before attempting any maintenance or cleaning.

For optimum performance, turn off thei500plus while charging it in the Desktop Dual-Pocket Charger.

The Desktop Dual-Pocket Charger is for indoor use only.
